Hydraulic Constant Flow Rotary Valve

Six-way single hydraulic rotary valve is a kind of valve commonly used in pipeline system, its working principle is as follows: 

1. Structure: Six-way single rotary valve by the body, bonnet, valve shaft and valve ball. The valve ball is located between the valve cover and the valve body and is connected by the valve shaft.

2. How it works: when the valve shaft rotates, the valve ball rotates with it. The rotation of the valve ball changes the channel connection between the valve ball and the valve body, thereby controlling the flow direction and flow rate of the fluid. 3. Six-way function: Six-way single rotary valve has six channels, respectively for import 1, import 2, import 3, Export 1, Export 2 and Export 

3. By rotating the valve ball, you can connect and switch between different channels. 

4. How it works: when the valve ball is connected to inlet 1 and outlet 1, fluid enters the valve from inlet 1 and then passes through the valve ball into outlet 1. When the valve ball rotates, disconnects from inlet 1 and outlet 1, and connects to inlet 2 and outlet 2, the flow will change direction, entering the valve from Inlet 2 and then passing the valve ball into outlet 2. Similarly, when the valve ball is connected to inlet 3 and outlet 3, fluid enters the valve from inlet 3 and then passes through the valve ball to outlet 3.Six WaySix WaySix WaySix Way
